The first edition of c-world.co.uk was been developed by the young people from St Pancras Estate who helped launch this new and exciting youth media project in May 2006. 2006 Knife Amnesty 24th May to 30th June
 
Location of bins:

Holborn Police Station
24hr access in public waiting area of front office

Kentish Town Station
24hr access in public waiting area of front office

Albany Street Police Station
Mon to Fri 10am - 6pm - public waiting area of front office

West Hampstead Police Station
Mon & Tues 1pm - 8pm: Wed & Thurs 9am - 4pm: Fri 9am - 4pm
and 6pm - 8pm: Sat 11am - 2pm

Knives maybe dropped into the bins without speaking to an officer however they may also hand them in at any of the front counters or to police officers on the street.

 
Before bringing in knives, take suitable precautions and wrap them in cardboard or something similar to prevent injury to yourself
 
This amnesty does not cover weapons, which have or may have been used in a crime
 
This amnesty does not relate to firearms or imitation firearms
 
This amnesty from arrest is intended to apply only to those persons in the act of surrendering articles
