"Knife crime is an escalating problem in London especially in the London Borough of Camden. On 23rd December 2005 a friend of mine and many others, 'Amanda Cummings' was stabbed to death by her own boyfriend just seconds from her home on the College Place Estate. This was a major shock to the close community and is one of many brutal incidents to occur in Camden over the past six months.

People should not have to live in fear from gun and knife crime especially in their own town where they live. Many lives have been taken which has resulted in youths and the elderly being too frightened to go out with the fear of being attacked.

This problem needs to be sorted out and I feel if people are shown the actual horrors that this causes, they may think twice before getting involved."
