FWD
is a young people’s drug & alcohol service in Camden (based in Kentish Town).  We work with any young person (10-18 years old) who lives or goes to school in Camden.  We are a multi-agency team that aims to engage with young people whose lives are affected by the use or misuse of drugs or alcohol.  FWD takes referrals from young people, parents/carers, or through professionals.  We also work with young people who may not have an issue with drugs or alcohol themselves but who want support around a family member’s use (i.e. parent or sibling).

We aim to provide support for young people through offering:
- advice & education
- awareness raising
- one-to-one sessions
- group work
- family & parenting work
- access to counselling & CAMHS provision
- access to psychiatric assessments
- medical interventions including substitute prescribing

FWD can be contacted on: 020 7974 4701 or by email ypsmt@camden.gov.uk
